That’s my blue creation there, from my days as a cabinetmaker. The guitar is nearly 30 years old, made from zebrawood and the most amazing quilted maple I’d ever seen before or since. They didn’t even have a name for it back then; I pulled four sticks of it out of a stack of maple, and paid as I recall $1.25 a board foot -same price as plain maple solid stock.The idea is these guys can make the guitar play as beautifully as it looks. Can’t wait to find out!!!
